This special topics course in Alternative Dispute Resolution will explore the increasing use of various types of mediation and arbitration in the business world. The students will study the use of ADR methods in business contracts, such as securities, employment, sales, engineering and architecture. The course will have the students participate in a mediation and arbitration as part of the course requirements.
