The Seminar of YOU (Young, Outstanding, Unique) is designed to support the success and well-being of Juniata students who belong to groups that have been traditionally underrepresented in Higher Education (college) spaces as well as those with diverse identities. This one-credit hour course is team-taught by two psychology faculty and a group of student teaching assistants (TAs) and addresses issues of identity, belonging, resources, and well-being on Juniata's campus. Course meetings are online from 6-8 PM on July 18, July 25, August 1, August 8, and August 15, then there will be an in-person Welcome Event (time & location TBD) on August 24, followed by in-person class meetings from 6-8 PM on August 29, Sept 12, Sept 19, Sept 26, Oct 3, and Oct 10.
