This course will be taught in English. The instructor will introduce different Taiwanese cuisine along with Chinese dining culture. For the dining culture, the instructor will teach how to use chopsticks, how to arrange utensils on the table, and proper table manners. As for the Taiwanese cuisine, the instructor will teach how to cook one or two examples of cuisine every week. Students will learn how to cook with a chance to taste these dishes right after cooking. There will be a possible field trip to experience authentic Chinese cuisine and dining setting. There are no pre-requisite courses to enter the course.
