Fundamentals of Environmental Engineering is aimed at broadening students understanding to issues in environmental engineering. It includes critical analysis of problems from both engineering and science perspectives through case studies in air, water, energy, and waste resources. In this course, students will be introduced to problems and solution approaches in environmental engineering. This course integrates engineering principles and fundamentals from the natural sciences with policy analyses to solve real-world problems that impact major environmental compartments such as air, water, energy, and waste resources.
